    <content type="html">&lt;font size="3" color="#33cccc"&gt;before now i was all starve and no play. i ran for the first time yesterday and i was sooo sore today, but after i ran again today and did some aerobic stuff at home i feel in pain but in a good way. i think endorphins are real (: does anyone know how much you can exercise if you never have before without hurting yourself? i think i pulled a muscle.. my leg doesn't really work.. but i ate an actual dinner so i had to do something about that. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font size="3" color="#ff0000"&gt;&amp;lt;3&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font size="3" color="#ff00ff"&gt;i'm new here so if anyone wants to friend me i'd reeeally appreciate it.. i'm hoping this site will make me feel less alone &lt;/font&gt;</content>
